Seminar “Northern Territories Issue: Rethinking of Japan-Russia Perceptions and Relations” (in Japaneses)

At the Japan-Russia summit meeting held in Vladivostok on September 2, 2016, mutual agreement on President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Japan in December was reached. With the current growing tendency toward solving the Northern Territories issue, at this seminar, Japanese and Russian experts will analyze negotiations between Japan and Russia in the past, thoroughly consider mutual perceptions, and discuss future perspectives.
