Part 1: “Wakkanai and the Northern Ferry Route: The Gateway to Sakhalin” by Hiroshi Itani (Slavic-Eurasian Research Center, Hokkaido University)

Part 2: “Sakhalin’s Need for Hokkaido Local Goods and Their Cost” by Elena Kaunova (business manager of the supermarket chain “Stolichnyi”)

Member of  NoA-SRC, Hiroshi Itani (Hokkaido University, SRC), will give a lecture at the International Trade Seminar entitled “Toward Challenges:  People, Goods, Relations – Looking for  New Possibilities” that will be held in Wakkanai City.
