The Hokkaido University Museum [UBRJ booth] will reopen with renewed exhibitions on July 26, 2016.

From April, 2015, Hokkaido University Museum was temporarily closed due to reconstruction and implementation of earthquake-resistant technology; it will reopen on July 26, 2016. Before reconstruction, UBRJ had a special border tourism exhibition and, after reopening, the UBRJ booth will also be renewed. At this new exhibition, you will see a booth on border tourism between Tsushima, Busan, Wakkanai, and Sakhalin and also a booth with photos taken by Masayoshi Saito, a photographer from Wakkanai. Members from the Slavic-Eurasian Research Center, Hiroshi Itani and Naoki Amano, made a special contribution to the Sakhalin booth.
