Speaker: Andrey Gubin (Far Eastern Federal University, Russia)

Title: “Russian New Oriental Diplomacy Peculiarities in New Upheavals” 

Mr. Andrey Gubin is an expert in international relations and international security of the Northeast Asia region and works at the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. He was invited to give a lecture in the framework of the RJE3 program, a Russia-Japan joint exchange research project between Hokkaido University and five Far Eastern universities; he will also give a presentation at the UBRJ seminar.
